The Possibilities Project Plus is a resource hub that seeks to facilitate the exchange of assistive devices to those in need.
Our goal is to connect you with local charities, organizations, services and individuals to help you donate or receive an assistive device.
Together, we can work to ease the financial burden of medical equipment costs for patients with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, amputations and neurological conditions of childhood onset.
This site was built with the support of a Resilient Communities Grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation and its funder the Government of Ontario.
